About us
The Cap City Predators were founded in 2016 by a small group of people that wanted to change youth sports in Columbus. The Predators started as a tournament team consisting of athletes from teams around the city. In 2022, the Predators fielded a full fall team and successfully competed against some of the best teams in the city.
We are committed to providing an environment where athletes learn skills that will help them both on and off the field. Our focus is on teamwork and highlighting the skills of each athlete in relation to a common goal. We work with parents to ensure each athlete is given the best opportunity and are held to the highest standard.
We stress sportsmanship. It is important to us that each athlete respects their parents, coaches, refs, and other players. We teach how to build up fellow athletes and how to resolve conflict in productive ways.
